Who pops it best? Mischa Barton vs Kang Song-yeon

This cute polka-dotted black dress was spotted on Kang Song-yeon at the Pusan International Film Festival back in October. The same dress was recently worn by U.S. actress, Mischa Barton at the the unveiling of the Spring 2008 Keds Ad campaign in the beginning of December.
The dress is super cute, but Keds are not.

Those black stockings under Kang Song-yeon’s dress make her legs look super-short and tacky. So I voted for Mischa Barton, but those Keds are hideous! >:[
Mischa looks a bit… scary here (a bit old looking here and a wee bit chubby). I dont really care for the shoes, but than again KSY’s stockings dont do much justice for her either. But still, Mischa Barton scares me a bit so I chose KSY @.@
You can tell how much taller Mischa is by seeing where the hem of the dress hits. (Above her knee, and on KSY, a few inches below it). Mischa is ungodly tall.
I voted for KSY. The stockings are hideous (why do Korean stars wear black stockings with everything? Show a little leg, it won’t kill you!), but not as hideous as those keds. Mischa also looks scary in that photo. The outfit would have been fabulous had KSY opted to forgo the black tights. Her legs also won’t look like short pathetic stumps.
I actually thought the dress itself was cute but they both did it injustice. The Keds totally ruined the look for Mischa, and I thought the stockings made KSY look short and stocky.

KSY wears it better but she would have looked even better with skin or grey toned tights and simple shoes.
Mischa is fine as long as I put a bag over her head. Then I could play with her nice boobs while chowing down on the main course.

Yea Mischa looks quite horrible ~ the keds are ugly – and her makeup makes her look like she’s in her late 30s and a brunette marilyn monroe lookalike. Kang Sung Yeon doesn’t look that great either ~ a glat body doesn’t make this dress look good…neither does black stockings.
The keds are AMAZING. I thought the outfit was plain on both of them until I seen the keds. ^^ It’s very retro and sporty.
Plus, her boobs look good in this dress and the other girl has like..none. O_O
So..Mischa, though she looks really bad in this photo. (to me, its something to do with the mouth area..)

Mischa fills out the dress better. KSJ is way skinny and those stockings are horrid. Mischa is wrong for those shoes, tho.
The dress is really nice. But…
MB’s makeup is awful here O_o I despise KSY’s stockings but that is nothing to MB’s lipstick and shoes
I would have to go with KSY because she looks not-scary (which is not saying much). Although MB’s breasts look nice and perky….her shoes and makeup just really ruin it for her. Though I might venture to say KSY might look like she has even less cleavage b/c of the picture quality/lighting. Her picture is mad granulated and the flash is way too high.
