[POP Kissology] TOP kisses Lee Hyori

It was already foretold that Big Bang and Lee Hyori would do a collaboration together at the MKMF awards that aired on November 15, 2008, BUT, what fans didn’t know was that TOP would have to kiss the pop princess as the intro into their 2007 hit “Lies” and their 2008 hit “Haru Haru”.
The performance was generally well choreographed but during the performance of “Haru Haru”, an incessant high voice seemed to be included into the song.
But props must be given to Seungri of Big Bang. His rendition of Hyori’s 2008 hit “U-Go-Girl” was pretty smooth. Ironically, the youngest member and the thirty-something year old pop princess seemed to have some chemistry going on during their performance.
To finish off this collaboration, Big Bang’s G-Dragon helped remix Hyori’s “10 minutes”.

Wooooow, that wasnt even two seconds, lol. But yeah I guess if we hadnt seen pictures and had no idea as to what was gonna happen, it would have been a bit unexpected and cool. TOP~~!!! But yeah I think the performance was a little off as well…
honestly, i thought the kiss was kinda pointless. wouldnt it just get hyori more antifans and top’s fans mad ? >_> i dont know what theyre thinking :/
the performance wasn’t all good either. probably cause of hyori’s harmonization… ruined two perfectly good big bang songs.

First of all, the whole kiss was like planned out… for performance’s sake.
Second, Lee Hyori is OLD anyway. (I like her a lot, especially in Family.)

Why is it that when Koreans kiss they don’t even hold each other. Sometimes it is just the lips touching. Come on guys! Give your kiss some heat or its no kiss at all! Most often, if the guy embraces the girl, the girls arms would just hand limply on the side. Is it some culture thing or what?!
The kiss shared by LH and Top is the perfect example. Its as if the girl is kissing against her will or forced to do so or else… Where’s the romance?
