After “Jumping” into the hearts of the people of Japan this year, KARA returned home and won over the Inkigayo audience this week with their latest song “Jumping”!
On the 600th episode of Inkigayo, DSP Entertainment’s girl band was crowned the Mutizen singing queens!
What is their secret winning combination? Cowgirls meets K-pop!

They suck period. They always suck live and they’re barely in synch, it’s true that the only reason they’re getting recognition is because they’re getting headlines in Japan but even so, the only reason they’re getting big in Japan is because they’re riding under the Hallyu Wave, like every other group. The only people who earned recognition and success in Japan is and will always be BoA and DBSK, the rest can ride under the Hallyu Wave all they want, but they’re gonna have to be fluent in Japanese sometime, you know. Keep sucking Kara.
I agree that BoA and DBSK will always be the queen and kings of kpop in japan, but I have to give it to Kara for their success too. Many have tried after BoA and DBSK and they have very little success. Kara’s success, while being NOWHERE near BoA and DBSK’s success (and will never reach their success), are more successful than the other kpoppers who have tried. These girls are definitely not the most talented bunch, but there is something really likable abt them, so I’m glad for them!
