The same tassels hang off two stars with completely different styles and frames – Kim Ok-bin wears the leather tassel dress longer and paired with conservative black stockings whereas Pamela Anderson wears the same dress super short and shows off her tanned legs (while covering up her bust? for once).
Kim Ok-bin wore the whipping dress at the recent 2007 Pusan International Film Festival and Pamela at a opening party somewhere in Lala land.
