Song Baek-Kyoung defends Shin Jung-hwan

Song Baek-Kyoung defended Shin Jung-hwan on his twitter.

From the moment Shin Jung-hwan stepped foot into South Korea, people automatically started to criticize him. However instead of criticizing his gambling crimes, they started to talk about his airport fashion. People left disapproving comments online about Shin Jung-hwan wearing a Moncler jacket, which is a well-known and expensive brand, when he is a clearly a criminal.

To this, Song Baek-Kyoung defended Shin Jung-hwan by saying that he agrees that gambling isn’t a crime that inflicts harm on others but rather a mental disorder that destroys oneself. He continued by saying that people who criticize Shin Jung-hwan‘s fashion just seem like they are pointing fingers at him because they can’t bear to see someone wear something that they can’t afford to wear. Song Baek-Kyoung also made a valid point asking, “If someone wearing a Moncler jacket apologizes, it means that they haven’t fully reflected on their wrongdoings, but if someone wearing ragged old clothing apologizes, they are truly sorry for their sins???” He criticized the reporters for not dealing with the importance of the situation.

Do you agree with Song Baek-Kyoung?

Are you talking about ‘Hot Digger’ a song by 1tym which was about their love of mining equipment.

          • SuperJuniorLover6666666666 says:

It’s not digger, you idiot! It’s 뜨거!
Which means hot (temperature) in korean

            • Darth says:

That’s ridiculous this group wass clearly singing about an english group of puritan protestant communists being having a heart.

Why would he say hot temperature? it makes no sense.

              • SuperJuniorLover6666666666 says:

                it does make sense!
it’s just because u don’t know anything about korean!

                • Tyranosaurus Rocks says:

No one knows anything about korea other than american heritage-leeches, malaysians who hate malaysia, pinays who want a k-farmer husband and vietnamese who want out of vietnam.

.. maybe GIs know about korea because that’s where american servicemen get their brides.

I know nothing about the place, sorry.

      • SuperJuniorLover6666666666 says:

If u don’t understand it, then don’t bother to read it!

        • Kevin says:

Well, I’m not an african pretending to be american, a GI nor an imported Filipino bride married to a Korean farmer, so I’ve no reason to learn it.

          • SuperJuniorLover6666666666 says:

            • Tyranosaurus Rocks says:

You’re just angry because american GIs don’t find you attractive.

              • SuperJuniorLover6666666666 says:

                Because i’m Korean.
I would never want to marry an american.

i guess it’s okay if it was korean-american

                • marie kilbane says:

SuperJunior Lover, you can marry anywhere in the world, your choices

                • Johno says:

So you basically choose your mate based upon nothing but genetic requirements. Korean-americans aren’t even culturally korean so you cannot claim that your are choosing based upon cultural attributes, it’s all just about the genotype. I note how you don’t say josunjuk or zainichi koreans would be acceptable, nor australian-koreans (who apparently exist) for you it’s all about korean genetics and them being american..

How shallow are you? (answer: very)

(To be fair because you’re an american you probably feel genetically embattled because you’re not a part of the mainstream american tribe)

              • marie kilbane says:

ah, so you think that you think you’e handsome? I don’t think so

  4. Kai says:

Korea got some weird laws by prosecuting its citizens who gamble anywhere in the world , not just in Korea and yet it has casinos that only foreigners are allowed in. Isn’t this discrimination in the strictest sense??

    • Dona A. says:

Discriminating their own. That’s just sad. Anyway, I don’t really know this guy but I like this article nonetheless. I absolutely love this guy’s message.

    • Darth says:

the korean contradiction… say one thing, do another.
hate japan, try to be big in japan
hate USA, try to move to USA
      hate Gambling, have casinos.

  5. Peace V says:

I agree with what he said.

  6. Patrick says:

Uhh…I just thought it was an ugly jacket.

  7. dan says:

who cares what the fool did. a celeb can go take a shit and suddenly it’s front page news.

  8. dan says:
