Super Junior M is against human traffickingPosted: May 25, 2011
…and you should be to!
The boys of Super Junior M will be headlining a free outdoor concert at Chiang Mai’s 700th Anniversary Stadium in Thailand on June 25th. As a part of the MTV EXIT (End Exploitation and Trafficking) campaign, this concert is being held with the hopes of spreading awareness and garnering support for the cause against human trafficking, which has the highest number of reported cases in Asia and the Pacific.
And this isn’t the first time the SuJu boys have come out for this cause. The photo above is from April of 2010 when Super Junior held their first free live concert with MTV EXIT in Hanoi, Vietnam to a stadium of 45,000 fans. In the video below, Dong-hae and Lee-teuk also had an opportunity to meet some trafficking survivors at a shelter and learn about their experiences.
So if you’re lucky enough to be in Thailand this summer, don’t miss out on this great opportunity to see these boys perform and support a worthy cause. Please be sure to watch out for the nitty gritty ticket details at MTV EXIT.
