Kim Hyun-joong gives M Countdown a “Kiss Kiss” !

The SS501 heartthrob is back! This year, he is creating his own “Mischievous Kiss”!
“Kiss Kiss” is the follow-up track to Kim Hyun-joong‘s hit single “Break Down”. He performed the fan-inspired song for the very first time on Mnet’s M Countdown at the CJ E & M Center in Seoul. On Thursday afternoon, the singer/actor transformed into summer’s “sweet” and romantic gentleman with appealing blond locks.
Does the blond mop top compliment his catchy music? I think so.
The hair color was a shock to me at first, but his upbeat performance and warm smile makes you believe “Kiss Kiss” is representing Hyun-joong‘s heart.

He already gave an edgy performance with the first song. So, I think this is wonderful and the concept is cute. The choreo was also very thoughtful and made sure the message was expressed across the stage rather than in just the center.

I feel that something is hhmmm ‘missing’ I am not crazy over it but it is sweet. LOVE the smiles (~.*) and thank god for the bling he was wearing cuz it was way to simple for my taste. AFTER Break Down … man I was expecting more .. BUT don’t get me wrong I found it cute and will watch it over and over and over. BUT his hair eerrr!!! I love his black hair!! He could have done all this with black hair!

I think the reason for the change in hair color is to give a brighter look to match the lighter sound of “Kiss Kiss”. Even the clothes give him more of a boy-next-door look. I like him better in crisp shirts or suits; but I wouldn’t mind having that boy living next door at all. 😉
The bleached or even white hair look seems started by TOP of Big Bang before New Year’s Day, then a couple of guys in 2PM did the same, then Amber of f(x) came back with the bleached look and now KHJ is following suit.
I’m not getting the open shirt/bare chest vibe with that large watch on his wrist–it doesn’t suggest summer but more a suit type who took off his jacket. Confusing message.

I m really shocked with his look in the first stage for kiss kiss..like something was not suited or wrong in many ways…even his smile look really fake n tight on his face. He used to be manly and tough in SS501 with his pretty face and he not even realized he have a killer smile. But this…I don’t know…something was not right.
I love how HAPPY he looked when performing that song. It wasn’t one of those “i have to smile while performing” smiles but a real true smile. You can see it in his eyes that he loved that song and was so happy performing it. Made him look even more handsome 🙂
