SNSD “Hoots” their love on “Music Bank In Tokyo – K-Pop Festival”

You better “Hoot Hoot” or “Run Devil Run”!
Korea’s most popular cheerleaders female group and now Asia’s number one girl band, SNSD, represented K-pop through two of their hit singles at “Music Bank In Tokyo – K-Pop Festival” in Japan. Who can pump up a crowd better than SNSD? They performed “Hoot” and “Run Devil Run” for a packed crowd in the Tokyo Dome. Were we invited to this event? I choose to believe so…our invite just got lost in the K-pop mail.

Nonetheless, we can all view their spectacular performances below:

  2. eboy07 says:

Singing live is in an certain way improved. But all of their performance are so the same and to be honest i still dont feel their japenese sound.

  3. lizz says:

Awesome performance! Jsones definitely showing the love!

  4. (",) says:

Their still so gorgeous as always.

  5. American Girl says:

love snsd! but even if they did sing and dance good i still felt bored watching them. they can do better without the expressionless faces except hyoyeon, she smiles all the time!

  6. gaby white says:

Really of all the performances SNSD was picked for this article. They may be popular, but just as other comments, BORING. Their is no creativity. Unlike 2PM, who have really tried to include their fans in their performance, while keeping the performance fresh. I wish popseoul would not show such a bias.

    • kim says:

are you kidding me, compared to all the posts about 2 pm and other bands, snsd barely appears on popseoul. Anyways, why would you even click on this post if you don’t like snsd.

      • American Girl says:

from all those performances they could’ve talked about the people that were amazing when they performed. i was watching and 4minute,2pm,secret and b2st did awesome even hyun bin sang and performed amazingly! yet they only show DBSK and SNSD.

  7. DIA says:

I will never Hoot Hoot while crappy Yoona is in that group. BLECH

  8. DaysOfOurLives says:

Why does Kpop groups ALWAYS sing/ recycle the same 2-3 songs over and over everywhere they perform in and out of Korea. They don’t even attempt to give each song some flare when it’s “live”. It totally sounds like a playback with them just singing along. Using the excuse of dancing for not being vocally live.

Nothing against SNSD. IMO, as far as girl groups representing the “cute/pure” image… SNSD is the cream of the crop. They basically broke that mold.

‘Coz that’s just how it works. This will give other nations a chance to hear what has been popular in Korea but never heard in their location at the time.

Just consider WG’s song “Nobody”. When it became popular in Korea in 2007 a few people around the world was even aware of the song. But when they released the US version in 2009 it became a hit to almost every part of the world.

  9. :P says:

So, what? Many other groups better than them performed

  10. dan says:

HEY POPSEOUL STAFF. YOU’VE WORKED HARD THIS WEEK PROVIDING 3 NEW ARTICLES. YOU DESERVE A BREAK THIS WEEKEND.
WELL I GUESS I DON’T HAVE TO TELL YOU THAT SINCE EVERY WEEKEND IS A POPSEOUL HOLIDAY.

  11. eboy07 says:

I guess 3 articles was alot of work. Consider that Allkpop has 10+ news each day . But not all kpop news is worht to read in my opinion on Allkpop. Popseoul could easily provided more bubble news per day.

    • dan says:

WHOA TAKE IT EASY THERE. POPSEOUL JUST RECENTLY GOT UP TO 3 ARTICLES A WEEK. YOU’RE ASKING TOO MUCH TO EXPECT ONE ARTICLE PER DAY.
      ONE STEP AT A TIME.

  12. RosedilaSENGMANITHONG says:

they stole my boys but i still like SNSD!!!!

  13. Aiashine says:

Yeah, why do they always recycle it. They should just make another song. not a “Japanese Ver.” of it. Even C-ute can beat them
