  16. Andrew says:

He won’t have an ounce of success… not with those looks.

    • sam says:

Actually in the States they like their Asians to look “Asian” so big surgically enhanced “Westernized” faces are less likely to get noticed or considered no big deal.

      • mq says:

i agree with you abt the eyes thing! So ironic. So many Asians try to get that wide-eyed Western look, but the reality is that Westerners enjoy the slanted look.

  17. BeIntellectual says:

Andrew: C’mon dude, stop being narrow-minded here and wake up to your senses! :]

  18. rachel says:

Haha that shadows from that shirt he’s wearing in the picture makes him look like he has a cleavage. 😛

  19. iLmare says:

welcome back My Dear Park Jaebum! 🙂

  20. maxie says:

im not a 2pm fan..but more like a fan of each of them individually(make sense? lol).

only wish best wishes for him and hopefully all past issues have been put on the table and dealt with with his new management.

His new film, Hype Nation will probably be more “successful” in Korea than it will be here in the US, but you never know.

  21. -BLAH. says:

The music industry in America is a pretty big challenge for him but I’m sure he’ll do fine! Jay hwaiting! I hope to hear him on the radio one day. Never heard BoA or the Wondergirls and Se7en on the radio here in the states. Maybe if I lived in California, I would but the midwest is so blahhhhh.

    • Bread4Album says:

Never heard BoA, Wondergirls, or Se7en on the radio and I live in California. I doubt I’ll be hearing this guy’s songs either.

      • menoenglish says:

        You’re a fool.
He’s recording tracks with Snoop Dogg and T-Pain, so it’s very likely he’ll be getting radio-play. He’s also starring in a Hollywood movie btw. Seven/Wondergirls/BoA have failed the American market, especially with WG’s new song. They’ll never break the American market with 2DT.

        • Aznation10 says:

The “Hollywood” movie you’re talking about is just another ASIAN produced type of movie. Just like NINJA ASSASSIN, didn’t really gain any hype or a following except for the die-hard KPoppers. Other words, movie was definitely a flop. HYPE NATION will just be a second rate STEP UP, not to mention STEP UP’s third installment will be 3D. Anybody in Hollywood can make a movie, doesn’t mean that it’s popular. Wonder Girls toured with the JoBros and they still failed to garner a huge following from the biggest market out there, the tweens & teens. Se7en’s song with Lil Kim didn’t even see the light of day and it had a music video. My opinion, if you want fame, stay in Korea cause if you havent noticed, Asians are non-existent in Hollywood mainstream and there are only a few halfers who even barely make it, but none look too Asian. 2009-2010 saw the journey of the Wonder Girls & Charice in the Western market. The WG are still nonexistent, but Charice is actually starting to make waves. There’s only a few Asians who have topped the US Billboard Dance Charts. I think Utada or BoA topped it before, along with Sun. CoCo Lee has been in the charts also. Haven’t seen anybody stay in the mainstream of Billboard 100 though and last for more than a week. Now THAT is tough to crack, especially hit Top 10. The fact is, Asians are foreign to the US Billboard charts and to Hollywood’s mainstream music industry.

  22. Goshong says:

I’m so glad jaybeom will return !! Due to the insident! I couldn’t even look at 2pm the same way!! But now I’m grateful this just made me more of a fan!!!!!!
” you have to fight and argue to be closer to each other”

  23. mq says:

    congrats to Jay!

i guess there was a cosmic reason for all the 2pm mess.
It led him to something bigger and in a country that he is comfortable in. If he had returned to 2PM, then all of this wouldn’t have happened. i wonder if people are still petitioning for him to return to 2PM…

  24. SuperJuniorLover6666666666 says:

Who is this Ned Sherman guy???

    • Bread4Album says:

Second rate lawyer. He’s not as famous as lawyers like Ed Shapiro or Johnnie Cochran. In fact, I’ve never even heard of Ned Sherman, but he sounds like a paint product.

    • snicker says:

I googled him, and I’ve got this feeling that Jay Park is his one and only client.

  25. MyFavoritePlaceIsKorean says:

    Good for him! 😀

  26. jay gf says:

My hope is sucess! thank jay.we love you
