Shinhwa set to comeback March 2012

Shinhwa’s representatives released an official statement on August 1st saying that Shinhwa will release their tenth album in March 2012 and go on to actively promote it in concert and on broadcast programs.
Shinhwa was on an indefinite hiatus since 2008 due to members fulfilling their compulsory military service with Eric and Dong-wan finishing their service the earliest in 2010, Hye-sung exempt from service, Jun Jin and Andy having completed their service by 2011, and Min-woo still serving. During that span of time, members have also been engaging in numerous solo and joint ventures including dramas, musical projects, and stints on variety shows.
While these guys have been able to maintain their presence through various outlets and there’s no discounting the fact that they’re the longest standing male group in KPOP (13 years!?!), will Shinhwa be able to comeback strong in this current landscape of fresh, sparkly young boy bands? I’m definitely anticipating their return to the KPOP scene, but I can’t help but wonder…how well do you think Shinhwa will do? Can 2012’s gaggle of fangirls even be able to comprehend their awesomeness?
ok,but….what happened to their other boy group called Battle? Are they going to come back too?
there is speculation that Battle will make a comeback but currently 1 out of the 5 members is studying back in the states (US). another three are enlisted to military and one is currently doing solo activities. Thats what I know so far
almost a year earlier to announce a comeback date ?
but for those who asked “Why does it called ‘comeback’ when it’s like only couple months ago since they released something ?” to Korean entertainment group, this ‘comeback’ is really a comeback.
whew.
Yes. The day these guys return to the stage as a group, will be THE comebacks of all comebacks lol
Now… if only the group g. o. d made a comeback.
they are the first korean boy band that i am totally a fan of … still am a fan and anticipating their comeback too.
it will be a good change to see hot men preform well known tallented band instead of prepuberty boy bands poping up every day
hope they live up to it
YAYYY!!!!
I am happy about this^^
me too..fighting for them :))
GUESS THEYRE BROKE AND NEEDED SOME MONEY.
THEY GOT A LOT TO LEARN THOUGH. DRESSING UP LIKE GIRLS AND WRARING MAKEUP WASNT AS PREVALENT BACK THEN.
What so wrong with that?? It’s either they dress like a girl or not, act like a girl or not they still work descently and find a reason to live unlike you!! You are living like a hell out of this world.. You know what you barely need a PSYCHIATRIST
Dan,
You are one insecure dude! Read your rants on another article and it really reveals yourself…you are so in need of help and desperate for any kind of attention. You’re pathetic!
Will be interesting to see what kind of music and style they will come up with. I hope they don’t follow the current trends (even if they’re not necessarily bad), but rather continue on their old style in a refreshing and nice way somehow… (:
Cant wait~!!
Not fan of them anything but im looking forward to this. I hope DBSK too. I mean DBSK as 5
me too.
Well, they don´t lack good looks, they have the history and even 13 year old girls want to call them Ajusshi and not Oppa, oh well,an army of Agasshi are waiting for them anyway 😀
can’t wait despite a 3year hiatus due to military service and all that I know the Shinhwa will make an amazing comeback they’ve been in this for so long
I’m sure they will do well! 😀
